Personal Information may include but not be limited to your name, Social Security Number and details, phone numbers, email address, residential and/or office address, state, province, zip code, passwords, professional licenses, registrations and certifications, employer identification numbers, letters and notices from IRS, documents required to be uploaded by you for availing your services from the professionals such as tax receipts, invoices, account statements, tax and accounting related documents such as accounting procedures and plans, incorporation certificates, details of shareholders, details of employees, bank account details, routing numbers, DBA names and details, actual and projected sales, number of transactions and details of transactions and business done, Forms such as income tax forms, employer federal and state payroll forms, property tax forms and details, corporate filings, Bureau of Economic Analysis and EFTPS registrations etc. We will also have access to and store chat history and communications that you have on our platform. This Privacy policy will only pertain to the protection of the data by us and shall not include any misuse or destruction of information by third parties who shall have access to the personal information.

How do we use this Information?

We gather various types of Personal Information from our users (you) who shall be the Professionals and clients accessing our platform. We use your Personal Information internally to inspect your authenticity and your qualifications so that the other users have access to genuine and qualified users who provide them their required services. The Personal Information shall also be used to allow you to set up your respective user account and profile which shall enable the other users to contact you. Your Personal Information shall also be shared with the other Users of the platform for them to provide their Services as required by you thereby ensuring accurate and complete professional solutions and assistance with regard to Service required from the Platform. We also use your Information for providing the information or services that you have requested; providing customer support; to improve our platform; and for other legitimate business. We may also reserve the right to delete your Information and user account if it is found to be inappropriate, against the policies of our company or does not comply with the applicable laws.

Feedback. We may use any information you volunteer in surveys you answer for us and combine them with answers from other users in order to better understand our Services and how we may improve them. Answering any survey is optional.

Sharing of Personal Information and Confidential Information to Professionals

I Find TaxPro Single Sign-On is a Service that allows you to sign-in to a variety of I Find TaxPro Services with a single I Find TaxPro Account. We will collect certain information for security purposes in order to verify your authorized access to an account or to reset your password if you cannot access your I Find TaxPro account. Some Services may require added security and you may be asked to provide additional information. The email address and password that you use to sign up for a I Find TaxPro account are your “credentials” that you will use to authenticate with our network. We assign a unique ID number to your credentials to track you and your associated information. I Find TaxPro Services do not allow sharing of accounts between users or individuals.

As you are aware you may be required to upload confidential information and personal information to our platform which shall be accessed and used by Professionals who have registered with us. The Personal Information uploaded by you is necessary and pertinent for the Professionals to carry out the Services requested by you. We will not be liable for any misuse of the Information or breach of confidence committed by the Professionals. You shall enter into a separate confidentiality agreement for the non-disclosure and protection of your personal information and confidential information with the Professionals.

Change in Privacy Policy

It is our aim to provide you the best experience and services with our platform and therefore we may be required to amend the privacy policy as and when the need arises and depending on the change in the applicable laws and regulations. We will be intimating the change in the privacy policy in the email address that you have provided us. If you continue to use our service after the intimation of the change in privacy policy it shall be considered as your acceptance of the changes in privacy policy and the use of the Platform.

Information Automatically Collected.

When you access the Platform, we may collect information from you automatically. The information that may be collected automatically includes your computer or mobile device operating system type and version number, manufacturer and model, device identifier, browser type, screen resolution, IP address, the website you visited before browsing to our Platform, general location information such as city, state or geographic area; and information about your use of and actions on our Platforms, such as pages you viewed, how long you spent on a page, navigation paths between pages, information about your activity on a page, access times, and length of access. The communication and chat between the Users and Professionals are also accessed by us to prevent any unauthorized and inappropriate messages passed between the users and to monitor that the Platform is used by the Users in a proper manner.

Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser (if you allow) that enables the site’s or service provider’s systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. We use cookies for the purpose of understanding your preferences based or your platform activity. Our Platform may include social media features such as Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc, thereby when you use our Platform through your social media platforms, we may collect your IP address and information concerning which page you are visiting on our platforms and may set a cookie to enable the social media feature to function properly. If you provide us with your social media details, we may retrieve publicly available information about you from your social media. You are governed by the privacy policy of your social media platform while accessing our Services form these social medial platforms.

Advertising Partners:

We may partner with some third parties to display advertising on our platform or to manage and serve our advertising on other sites and may share Personal Information with them for this purpose.
