When Professionals choose “Other” as the Type of License, then it indicates that they are Professional Support Users. Post Super admin approving them as a “Professionals Support “.
They are similar to Professionals but the only difference is they don’t have module access to “Professionals Circle “.
Here is the Workflow:
Professional Login
1. In Professional Profile -à Professional user selects the dropdown “Other” in the “Type of License” Field.
2. When the Professional Selects “Type of License” as “Other” then enters the name of the license in the “Other License” text field.
3. Professional users click on “Save changes” and “ Send to Review”.
Changes are seen in green color
Professional will receive a confirmation email after approval.
